*Unfortunately, when I said the battle was on a field of roughly equal terms, I meant 'he will not be able to Roflstomp you because half of your party is drowning, including everyone who could cast Waterbreath.' Inside this room, as logically are all others, are electricity-charged crystals. These Volt Crystals prevent Hydro Lord from going beyond a anticancer point-giving him enough water to work with and copious room, but leaving dry platforms around the edge of the room he cannot flood without risking the extremely damaging crystals. And of course, The Author gets free reign because he's a Keldeo. Just expect Hydro Lord to exploit those crystals, they're extremely damaging to you too. As in 'if you were at an appropriate level for this Dungeon and the monsters within would pose the usual challenge, those crystals would one-shot you, but you're too tough for that so it'll two-shot you instead.'*
