Is it just a remake of the first game? I forget =3. Just called Ratchet and Clank? I'll have to look into it for the ps4 =D. back when I first started getting into those games I really liked those kinds of weapons. Though I gotta admit I loved the glitches in the game too lol

Let me just say though that I absolutely adore The Bouncer, and I think I also squealed when I found out it was coming back, even if it's technically DLC. I'd even pay for The Bouncer, it's just too satisfying to use (even the mod in Gladiator/Deadlocked was a blast, both literally and metaphorically).

I got Size Matters on the PSP for Ł4 last week at Comic-Con, so I'm probably going to play that soon, along with Mario Kart: Double Dash, which was another game I got there. :)
I haven't played mine in a while, so I'm thinking it'll be good to do again for old times' sake. Ooh I love Sonic Heroes, too! That's another one I haven't played in forever. Hey, do you like Jak and Daxter as well? I loved those games! I'm a little saddened it's included as DLC, but I suppose having it included at all is a good thing. Haha, sure was! :D

I don't have a PSP (or PS3) so I never played anything past the first three games and Gladiator, but I heard that weren't that great? Unless they were, but telling myself they aren't makes me feel better for not having them. xD;; Awesome fun! Hope they're great games!

I think it's primarily supposed to be a remake, with a few added changes. I assume it's meant to coincide with the movie that's being released next month as well. And yeah, it's just called Ratchet and Clank. I'm just really really really really really excited for it. XD Since I loved the old games so much. And the new and improved graphics for the PS4 make it look amazing! I remember the RYNO weapon, aha. xD (Rip You a New One)

Ah, well I may indeed have to pick it up then. If it's still got that old style to it, then it may yet be the game the series was looking for (even if it's a remake of the original game to fit in with the movie).

I'm playing Stardew Valley right now. It's really addictive, and just so much fun to play. It's kind of like Harvest Moon, but it's own thing at the same time. One of my friends said it consumed his free time. :P

Ah, I haven't gotten Double Bro Seven or Brode yet. But will soon! xD LOL yes, exactly. I tend to get pretty frustrated, but it's not really frustration, because I'm laughing while I'm being annoyed. xD I've only ever played it with just my brother, though, so I'd love to play it with four people eventually. xD
Yeah, it definitely introduced some good mechanics, but it took out some of the ones that made the series to interesting in the first place. It dumbed down a lot of things, which Super Pokémon Mystery Dungeon seemed to fix.

Playing Broforce with four people is utter madness, but it's the good kind of madness. I get really excitable and it's just so much fun, but then you'll see a sawblade decimate your whole team and there'll be an annoyed grunt followed by an eruption of laughter. :D

It's a reboot type of thing that changes the main story massively (Ratchet's nice to Clank from the beginning, Qwark doesn't seem to be much of a badguy, and the Galactic Rangers and Doctor Nefarious seem to be around before they were in the original trilogy), but they're mixing things up as well; Gaspar has a new collection segment where you collect brains, and Batalia/Hoven are apparently being mixed into one planet to make space for new planets. I'm assuming one of the new planets will be an arena area.

I'd highly recommend giving them a shot again; I only had the original, 3 and Tools of Destruction when I was a kid, but I bought all of the main ones and played them in order. That was a fun couple of months. :D

I've heard only good things about Jak and Daxter (apart from some difficulty regarding checkpoints), but the main thing that turns me off is the wholesome original game becoming a dark, gritty game for no reason. It just depressed me. Funnily enough though, I do have Jak X and I really enjoy it, and I can play as Ratchet because I have a Gladiator save. I always thought it was weird how both of those franchises did a spin-off after their original trilogies that focused one one elements of their core gameplay (driving in Jak's case and combat in Ratchet's case). But yeah, apart from Jak X I haven't played any of them, but very recently I played through the Sly Trilogy and enjoyed it immensely. :)

As for the PSP games, I've heard that they play exactly how you'd expect portable Ratchet & Clank games to play, with the main complaint being that the PS2 ports didn't change the graphics to be of a PS2 standard and various other things like that.

That's basically what it is; a reboot/remake of the original to tie in with the movie. My one criticism of the game is that the Blaster and Bomb Glove are out in favour of the ones from the newer games. The saddest part is that Helga seems to be missing, considering I saw the training section and it was a robot Qwark at the end. :(

Jack and Daxter was really fun! I enjoyed that about as much as Ratchet and Clank. Especially once the weapons came in. The story may have been a little boring at times cause I remember goofing off more than in Ratchet and Clank

Ratchet and Clank I remember loving to find glitches in. Some reason it was so fun to find glitches, especially online. Getting under the map and pretty much insta winning unless someone else knew the glitch to make it to you and kill you. Though I only ever did online with the third game (Up Your Arsenal). Deadlocked wasn't as good as UYA. So I played it a little then quit.

    I might give 'em a go again for old times' sake. ;u;

I love the series myself (the third game is my favourite by far). At times, yeah, it can be a little challenging, but I love more difficult games. Especially since these days they seem to be getting EASIER. Well, to be honest, the game does have a reason for getting darker. Do you know the whole story? Because it actually explains a lot. xD The first game really was just an intro into the real thing. That's not to say the first game isn't real at all, but it prepares you for what comes next. The only qualm I have with the series (apart from the fact Jak is mute in the first game) is regarding the jump from the first game to the second and then the third, it gets a little confusing. The storyline, I mean. There's a whole lot to do with time travel, and ANY time time travel is involved it immediately confuses the crap out of me. And I actually haven't played Jak X. xD I've only played the original trilogy for Jak and Daxter.

Yay! The Sly trilogy is another of my favourites from back in the day. The sneaking around was so awesome. c: I hope they do a HD remaster for PS4 (since I don't have a PS3).

Ah, okay. Well at least I don't have a PSP. xD Although my complaint now is when they port to PS4 and don't update the graphics or framerate. *grumbles*

You definitely should; I still really enjoy playing them, and I must have played the ones I've owned the longest (1, 3 and Tool of Destruction) at least five or six times and I still have a great time playing them.

All I know about the story is that there's a portal at the end of the first game, it takes them into the future/somewhere else/something like that, Jak gets kidnapped and experimented on for two years (that's the bit that depressed me), starts speaking and gets really long hair. Then he becomes a racer because of some poison thing; that part I actually know for certain. :3

Sly 2's probably my favourite of the three, but I think it dragged on a little towards the end (although that's probably because I tried rushing it so I could finish my insane list of games I had to finish at the time). I like Sly 3 because it had such a wide variety of characters as well, but I suppose I can see why people disliked some segments. Sly 1 was entirely different because it was more of a platformer, but I think it was a great one. :D

And yeah, from what I've played of Size Matters so far it really is like a portable Ratchet & Clank. :)

I've been playing Fire Emblem: Awakening again. On Lunatic+ difficulty. Someone kill me. But I'm absolutely destroying this game now that I got past chapter 4. This game's great, now that I'm genetically breeding an army of supersoldiers with indestructible weapons and two moves per turn and also have an unspeakably large amount of amazing skills that-

Er... Right. I got carried away a bit.

    It's fun.

Trying to finish Earthbound. Been a Mother fan for a long time now and I've finished the other two games, Earthbound Beginnings and Mother 3, and I want to finish Earthbound, but I slack off and spend days with not playing it. Wish I was as loyal to it as the other two. I'm halfway through, though.

I also recently got Pokemon blue on the Virtual console. It's a nice "blast to the past" but the level grinding gets tedious and boring.

Come on Reggie, give us Mother 3!
