Max smiled awkwardly at the girls series of reactions.
"The name's Max and I am kind of a famous trainer. Just not here in Kanto apparently." He said a little taken back that no one had really known who he was.

" I am a pokemon tracker...I can see that you have some skills tracking yourself. Well at least thats what I would call it. The way you stalked the pokemon. The Igglybuff you are looking for is gone." He said looking around.

Max closed his eyes and just listened.
" Igglybuffs hum a low tune.. each time they bounce they let out a little hum that is kind of adorable if you hear it. What you are tracking is. A Sentret..." Max smiled

"They are curious pokemon but dont seem to know to stay away from us. If you were to get up and quickly run past it will chase you." Max said sitting the grass.

Zenith had been talking with Max and Orion as they headed to the Pokemon Center just outside of Mount Moon. They noticed a girl seemingly trying to find something, and she walked into some tall grass.

"Give me a second." Max said to Orion and Zenith. "Maybe I can help her out." He said. He ran along the edge of the tall grass dropping in to the grass. He carefully made his way over. The trainer had been distracted with searching for whatever she was looking for.

"What are you tracking here...?" Zenith heard Max ask the question, and he and the girl began to talk at length.

Zenith didn't want to be rude, but she, Max and Orion had a mission to do, and it couldn't wait. She then headed into the grass where Max was talking with the girl. She poked her head through the grass where they were sitting and looked between them, then turned back to Max.

"Max, I hate being rude, but we need to get going. We can't dawdle around," Zenith said. She then turned to the girl, smiling. "Sorry to burst in like that. I'm Zenith Brunel. Nice to meet you."

Max paused smacking his head.
"Oh man thats right!" He looked at Zenith
"Thanks for the reminder...I was having tor much fun." Max looked at the trainer.
"We are heading to Mt. Moon. Sou you are welcome to join us, but just a heads up we are looking for a stolen artifact."

After my gym battle, I sat down at the Pokemon center, and opened my laptop to do some research. Unfortunately, I was that tired from the events of the last few days, I ended up falling asleep on the couch I was sitting on. Big mistake.

I awoke a little while later, to one of the nurses poking me.

"Argh, where am I?" I asked in my usual post waking up fashion.

"You are in the Pokemon Center." The nurse said, slightly annoyed, "And your friends are on their way to Mt Moon. I suggest to try and catch up with them. Strange things happen to people who travel alone out here."

That is when I ran for the door, nearly forgetting my belongings, and nearly tearing my stitches in my back.

After a little while I caught up to the others. However there was only Max and Zenith I recognised. There were some new faces.

"Hey guys! Sorry I'm late." I said slightly out of breath, "Those couches at the Pokemon center are way too comfortable. Five minutes and I was sleeping like a baby, minus the crying and annoying everyone."

Zenith chuckled at Max's response. "It's okay, but let's hurry." She then turned to the girl, apparently named Sou. "It'd be great to have you come along, Sou. We could use some more hands right now to help."

It was about then that Ethan showed up, out of breath. "Hey guys! Sorry I'm late." I said slightly out of breath, "Those couches at the Pokemon center are way too comfortable. Five minutes and I was sleeping like a baby, minus the crying and annoying everyone."

Zenith smiled widely. She was relieved to see that one of the people she knew had managed to catch up. "Ethan! It's great you caught up! We could use your help!" she said. "Max and I were given a job to find a stolen key. We think it's here in Mount Moon somewhere. We have no idea what or who could be waiting for us, so the more the better."

HE smiled at Ethan caught up to the group.
"About time man. We were looking for you.."

Max turned to others.
"Will make a quick stop at the PokemonCenter then will head in." He said turning to get back on track.

"We dont know much about the key. The museum assistant said something about the key always staying cold. Like the key itself being able to generate its own temperature."

Sou wasn’t exactly sure what to think looking at this trainer’s face, she pondered if she made him uncomfortable due to the facial expression he made. She was certainly okay with being social, but that didn’t mean she was actually good at being social. She sighed a bit as she looked at the boy, clearly a bit older then her, give his name and possibly what seemed a bit of backstory to him. She smiled a bit. ”Well then, pleasure to meet you Max. But don’t be alarmed, at least by me not knowing who you are, I dont really know any of the famous trainers, breeders or coordinators, but I have read some books my parents had in our center. she said as he mentioned he, himself having these ‘tracking’ skills. Honestly, she really didnt have a name for it herself, she just went on ‘hunts’ with her father as a necessity, food doesn’t just appear on the table after all. When he mentioned the Iggybuff she had been looking for was probably gone, she jumped again in realization. ”A! I forgot….I got so caught up in this I forgot to continue the game..” she said with a heavy sigh as she looked off to the right a bit before looking back to Max, his eyes closed as he talked a bit about the pokemon itself, then pointed out that she in fact, had just been about to pounce a sentret.

”A-A sentret? For real…?…well, I can’t say I know too much about pokemon themselves. I’m still learning and my ‘tracking’ skills you mentioned, I guess would just be a byproduct of hunting. My eyes are my greatest asset and my ears more-or-less to hone on movement. But its nothing special as it was just basic stuff, nothing too advanced. Perhaps though….I could learn from…actually learning about the behaviors of different pokemon.” she said when yet another one of those trainer’s stumbled into the tall grass herself, poking her head right into the middle of the conversation. She appeared to be…in a bit of a hurry as she turned right to Max and mentioned that they had a mission to do. I guess it must be pretty urgent based on how this girl is talking she thought as she looked at her, blinking a few times as the girl then turned in her direction, introducing herself as Zenith.

”Ah! Hi Ms. Zenith, I’m Sou and its nice to meet you too. she said when she heard a smack in Max’s direction. He had smacked his head, probably in realization of this ‘mission’ they apparently must have been in the middle of. She hadn’t expected him to invite her along on this mission, which turned out to be a search for a stolen artifact. Sou brought her right pointer finger up to her lip, curled in thought as she looked between Zenith and Max. She hadn’t planned on rushing through her journey or any of these places, but….could she really just say no? Not only that, but this was her chance to make other trainer friends, a chance she may not get again or at least for a while. It would also be nice to travel in a group of friends all on a pokemon journey together. It sounded more fun then anything the more she thought about it. Of course, right before she was about to answer, yet another trainer ran over towards them, seemingly out of breath. She wondered just how many people was in this group of friends, not that it was a bad thing of course. She smiled at this new person, but looked to Zenith as she too extended the welcome to join their group just before she was going to introduce herself. She nodded. "I think I will. I think it'll be fun traveling with a group and I might just learn more this way then I ever could alone" she said gladly accepting their invitation before finally turning to the boy Zenith called Ethan.

"Hi there, I'm Sou. Sou Cleife and its nice to meet you too, along with your other friends here. You've got quite a big group" she said, again with a smile.

Ten or so minutes passed before the team reached the Pokemon Center. As they walked it gave the trainers a chance to catch up.
"Well Sou, this is Orion he just joined us. He is a bit of handful." He smiled

"You met Zenith and this is Ethan. These two trainers were invited here to Kanto for the Champions Tournament. A lot of young trainers were invited here. I am here to take part in the tournament and I started my journey over."

"That's right, we were told that it reacts to the cold, so there's something unique about this key," Zenith said to Ethan. "Whoever stole the key knew about that fact, and it's not hard to figure out that they're planning on using it. And I don't think it's for anything good."

Zenith followed Max into the Pokemon Center and went up to the counter. She handed Calder's Poke Ball over to the nurse and sat down at a table. She took out her journal and began to write as she waited for Calder to be healed.

About twenty minutes later, Zenith was called to retrieve Calder. She closed her journal and put it away in her bag, then went up to the counter. She thanked the nurse and took Calder's Poke Ball, clipping it back onto her belt. She then decided to up some conversation with Sou, since she seemed friendly.

"So, Sou, where are you from?" Zenith asked. "I'm from Lumiose City in Kalos."
