Sou followed the team to take on the grunts, stopping at one of them as she unclipped poke balls from her belt. Arrow was still out of his poke ball as well, so she poked towards the Parasect. ”Arrow! Take out his Parasect!-“ she called out as Arrow began to glow white as it crowed. ”Rooww! it yelled out as its body appeared to grow larger. ”Arrow….you’re evolving..!” she said in shock, as the timing couldn’t have been more perfect at the moment. She was a little unsure about the Parasect earlier, but with Arrow evolving it might not be as much of a problem.

"Damn kid, you shouldn't have got in our way!" shouted one of the Team Rocket grunts that Freefall had attacked. He quickly sent out his pokemon; two Parasect, a Golbat, and a Graveler.

Zenith became a little anxious. She had to battle, however, and quickly swallowed her fear, turning to Freefall with a serious look. "Freefall, you're up first! Go for the Parasect!" she said.

The battle had been long and intense, but Zenith somehow managed to win, albeit barely. She was left with only Aponi, who was extremely weak, and Qeb, who was at full health. Freefall, Calder, Kamau and Tanya had all fainted in the battle. This wasn't good. She had almost no pokemon left, and if she had to fight any more battles, she wouldn't be able to handle them.

Zenith gritted her teeth, a clearly frustrated look on her face. This is really bad... I can't help the others like this... I'm useless like this... she thought.

" Pin em down.." He said sending in the mankey to chase down the fleeing grunt. Mankey jumped on the grunt brining him down. It then tore apart the machine and pinned the grunt to the ground without harming him.

The young trainer then urged [Aetropos] to find the nearest exit. He didn't care about the others or their silly mission for that matter. He had waited so long to become a Pokemon trainer and he wasn't about to let his Pokemon die on him.

@Pyrkagias There needs to be something redeemable in your character. So far he is just an unnecessary jerk who is not respected by his pokemon and now runs off like a coward during a battle..I cant make him stay but if he doesnt man up and turn back he will miss out on the ending of this event.

Sou had sighed after her battle and looked over at Zenith who was clearly frustrated then towards Max who was shaking his head. She looked in the direction he was facing, Orion running off. ”His pokemon must be in pretty bad condition if he’s heading back to the center, but we can’t stop now, not when we’re this close” she thought as she heard her name called. It was probably time to move ahead now that they had taken out these grunts. It was time to possibly face that Veronica girl. If she had others doing her dirty work, maybe she wasn’t all that strong herself? Who really knew, well except that girl herself. She then ran over to regroup with the others, minus Orion who had run off and then ran in the same direction the majority of the group was going. Veronica had been head down that direction before they had been chased away. As they came to the grass, Sou stepped back a bit as she saw it began to shake only for a group of Clefable, Clefaries and Cleffa to emerge from it. They appeared to be in distress before the largest one, a Clefable, ran off ahead after calling its name out to them. Max mentioned only seconds after that their home was being attacked by the this Team Rocket. ”So its really coming down to the conclusion isn’t it..?” she thought looking to Max and then to Zenith. ”I guess things are about to get messy aren’t they..?” she said scratching the back of her head. She then looked in the direction the Clefable was running and then nodded before running after it, adjusting the scarf around her neck as it was a bit messy around her neck. The last thing she needed was for it to fall off and get blow away or trip on it.

Zenith got a disgusted look on her face as Orion simply ran off. Coward... she thought angrily. Despite hardly having any pokemon, Zenith was still going to try and do something. Her father had always told her to never give up, no matter what, so even though she probably couldn't do much, she would do the best she could for the team.

"We don't need him." Max grumbled.

Zenith agreed. They were better off without Orion acting like a jerk.

"We need to find Veronica and end this.." Max turned towards the direction she was going and started to run. As he did the nearby grass started to shake and Cleffa, Clefairies and Clefables started to come out.

"They're home is being attacked! Whatever Team Rocket is looking for its near their home..." Max told them as they all ran, following the Cleffa, Cefairies and Clefables.

Zenith frowned. "That's not good... we'll need to do what we can to help them," she said.

@Shadow Tracker Max I never really intended to have Orion run away. I thought someone would stop him. lol. I wanted to show that he truly cares for his Pokemon. Acting like a jerk doesn't mean you can't be selfless when it comes to Pokemon training. He loves every single one of them. I'll play along what you went for though.

Following his Shuppet, Orion got out of Mt. Moon and headed to the nearest Pokemon Center. Nurse Joy was shocked when she analyzed his Pokemon. She couldn't figure what would have caused his Pokemon to get so badly injured.

"I was in a fight. I was in way over my head," Orion confessed. "There were some other trainers too, but they didn't care about the state of their Pokemon. They are on some mission and will stop at nothing to succeed."

Nurse Joy was outraged. How could these people do that!? Tending to their Pokemons' needs is a trainer's first responsibility.

"Perhaps you should contact Officer Jenny," Orion suggested. "I'm sure there is some law that prevent Pokemon cruelty."

At first, Nurse Joy thought Orion was being a bit too extreme, but with time and persuasive arguments, he managed to convince her. A quick call to the Police Station and Orion, Nurse Joy and a few police officers were on their way to Mt. Moon.

[That way, if they don't put you in jail, you guys will have some reinforcements to do whatever you had planned to do.]

@Pyrkagias you need to make your character more likeable and pick better time if you want to be stopped while storming off. Youll be sitting the rest of this one out sadly. It would have taken you nearly 40 minutes to get back to the pokemon center :/

The Clefables lead the trainers down the back side of Mt. Moon. The were brought to a stair way that seemed to be carved into the mountain thousands of years ago. As they followed the clefables down the stairway the temperature started to drop rapidly. The stairway took them deep into the Mt. Moon lower caverns. Max pulled down his sleeves calling out Lila to help warm them. The tunnel had been lit by lanterns lining the path. As they reached the bottom they could here shouting.


"No no nooooo..This should be working!! Why isnt it working. Get out of my way..." Veronicas voice screamed out around the corner.

The team couldnt see her just yet. The four of them stopped short of the corner. Max pulled out a mirror waving it around the corner. As he moved it around the reflection of the Veronica the Gengar and a grunt could be seen.



Meanwhile back at the pokemon center.
Nurse Joy looked at Orion.
" So wait...how many of them was there ?? and did you see any injured pokemon ?"
