*Some of the lords see the time steam differently.* The upset Slowking said in response. Kyerum broke through the rocks and made its next move forcing the trainer to dodge the next series of attacks.

Meanwhile

Sloane and Altea decided to give it an chance and follow the Clefairy. The Clefairy didnt waste time leading the girls through Mt. Moon and down into the underground caverns. As the girls moved further into the underground it got colder and colder as they were lead to a chamber that no many had ever seen. The home of the gaint moon stone. As they walked into the room they could see ice covering the floor.

The clairy jumped around all over the place confused and scared trying to move the massive rock.

Sloane did her best to keep up with what all was going on but even as slow as the clefairy were going it was hard. Sloane felt her knee begin to stall as they reached the large room. She leaned against a nearby wall to rest for a moment before squatting. There was a short soft crack followed by a sigh of relief.

"Geez you'd think this wouldn't happen so often with a partially metal knee." Sloane mumbled as she noticed Immortality coming over to her. "Immortality! What's up?" The cleffa began to speak but quickly realized Sloane had no idea what she was saying. Immortality huffed then pointed towards the large stone. Sloane looked at it then back at Immortality.

"Yo Altea. What's up with the rock? You think they want us to push it out of the way?" Sloane asked as she stood back up. She started towards the rock when her foot hit something slick and she almost fell. Sloane managed to catch herself and looked down. "Ice? Why is there ice in Mt. Moon of all places?"

Zenith frowned in response to Slowking's answer. "What do you mean Max can't be allowed to leave? He hasn't done anything wrong!" she said.

Zenith didn't like where this was going. There had to be a way out of this. They couldn't just abandon Max.

"Slowking, I don't know what's going on, but Max is a good person!" Zenith said. "There must be something we can do to calm Lord Kyurem down and sort this out!"

Following the Clefairy closely, they descended deeper into the seemingly never-ending cave. The ceiling got lower and lower, until even the short Altea had the hunch over to avoid hitting her head on the odd stalactite. Before she knew it the temperature had dipped to the point Altea could see her breath hang on the chilly air and she clutched her cape tightly for warmth. Vermillion noticed his trainer shivering and moved his flame closer to the girls. Just beyond the narrowest part of the cave Altea could see a soft light. It was an opening into an enormous round chamber that housed a rock several meters in height and even wider in diameter.

"What in the world..." Altea stuttered through her chattering teeth.

Sloane was first to approach the massive boulder, almost slipping on the icy ground. Altea caught up to her with a concerned expression and offered her hand; the journey seemed to have taken a toll on Sloane's leg.

"I've never seen anything like it," She gasped, mouth agape.

One after the other, the Clefairy surrounded the sparkling grey rock, jumping in a frenzy.

"...Move that thing?!" Altea answered, shocked at Sloane's absurd suggestion. She could barely carry her Charmeleon, and he definitely didn't weigh as much as this rock! "Are you kidding? Besides, it's probably stuck to the floor with the amount of ice in here."

"I know it sounds crazy but I think that's what they want us to do." Sloane said to Altea. She looked back at the rock and mentally admitted that she had to agree with Altea. There was no way they were moving they rock. Neither of them were very strong and even with all their Pokemon helping they probably couldn't move the rock. It was just too heavy. But Sloane knew the clefairy needed their help and she couldn't just leave them like this. "Do you think we can melt the ice? That might make it move some."

The clefairy started to do the metranome. which kicked up a blast of fire at the ice. It looked like they wanted help with burning the spot around big stone.

Altea gazed at the Clefairy, moving in sync.

"Aww okay okay. You're right, we can't just do nothing. Let's give it a shove first, if that earthquake dislodged it from somewhere, it might still be loose" Altea replied while throwing her pokeballs in the air.

"Come on out everybody, we need your help! Careful, the floor's slippery," she cautioned and walked over to the stone. "Vermillion, help the Clefairy with flamethrower!"

"Let's all stand on this side," she motioned everyone to the left. "Give us a countdown Sloane! We'll all push at the same time. Cobalt and Copper, you guys use tackle."

It seemed they with Zenith’s help they were able to at least get Slowking up and speaking to them. While they had been hoping to get some answers, these were not the answers they had been hoping for. In fact, this was the worse kind of news they could have gotten! It was essentially telling them they felt like they needed to kill Max. If anyone needed to wiped out, it was that Team Rocket, though she couldn’t wish it on them herself despite everything. It wasn’t right. That dragon was on the move again too after breaking through the rocks. ”You can’t just do this! You can’t just decide to get rid of something because of a future that may not happen! He tried to stop you from wakening! Why can’t you see that?! What is it…that you saw?!” she exclaimed, clearly getting frustrated herself with the situation. This whole thing was grating on her nerves and on her normally great amount of patience. There was only so much a person could handle, especially in such a short time.

Sloane returned Immortality and sent out Ascalon. Sloane whistled and Carwennan bounded to her side. "Ok you two, we need to melt the ice. Think you two can handle helping the clefairy with melting that ice?" Carwennan and Ascalon exchanged looks before nodding. "Alright guys! On three! One… two… three!" Carwennan and Ascalon sucked in deep breaths and exhaled large amounts of flames.

Altea and Sloane helped out burning around the area. At that point the two girls were pleading. Max grabbed Zeniths arm pulling up her as Ethan grabbed Sou. He did so apologizing right away.
"We need to just get out of here.." the trainers finally found themselves cornered. The pokemon began to charge up. This time there would be no escaping. Max stood out in front of them.
"This doesnt make sense. We came her to try and stop Team Rocket!" The SlowKing stepped forward.
"You saw the same thing we saw Max. None of you should be here..you especially! The lord would like to say sorry that time has .."

The celling above them collapsed. The Massive Moon Stone fell down from above twenty feet long with the Icy floor above. The impact knocked all of the trainers back and knocked the Kyerum clean out. The Slowking seemed to be burried alive. From above the team who had just barely escaped the team noticed the Clefairies and two trainers.

Max got up pulling Zenith to her feet. Then helped with Ethan who was a big guy and Sou.
" That was...terrifying.." He looked at the trainer.

" Thank you!" He called up..
"Though I think you just killed a legendary pokemon.." He said taking a few steps forward.

There was no way to get up to where the trainers were. Before anyone could relax the rubble started to shake and the defeated Legendary ice its ice beam to break open a secert door and flew out. To everyone's surprise this tunnel across from them had stairs built in. Max and the others made their way around.
"Will meet you outside" he said to the trainers making sure everyone was out of the ice cavern before him.

He paused for a moment taking out a Knife. He carved something into the wall @Brettles. Signing it Max Ruby Dredd.. Then following the others to the outside where they were finally free of that mess. Max took a few steps that dropped down onto his but to get fresh air.

Altea and Sloane were guided back to the path to meet with them.

One last big of excitement happened as the ground started to shake below them. The center of the highest peak exploded and Kyerum flew off into the night not to be seen again.

All around them stones fell down. At first Max covered his face but noticed something odd.



It was raining MOON Stones!!
