He continued to dig calling out Lila, Paras and Tron to help dig. This continued until the four dig into an underground cave. Max felt the haze fading as he climbed through the opening to two room cave. Lila jumped in next its flame lighting the way.

"This isnt like the Hoenn base but this could work for a new base. We just need Upgrade and our computer system." Max called out his team.
" What do you guys think about this being our new secret base?"

The pokemon looked around a little confused it was in the middle of the night.

"Parasect!" the happy bug called out. it seemed to like the area. As did Clefairy who started to help clean the place up.

"I got an idea, what do you two think about hanging back to take care this of spot?" Max smiled.

"Before you say yes, you should know it could be a little while before I will come back."

Parasect nodded.
"Sect sect"

Clefairy seemed a little unsure but looked around at the cave that reminded her of her old home.
"Fairy" she said giving the okay.

Max called back the others except for Chunk and Lila. Who said their goodbyes for now. Max hugged the little fairy type and the big bug.
" This is our new home so my only wish is you make it amazing and you we will need to get temporary cover over the entrance and maybe dig out some stairs." He smiled


After a little while the exhausted Max made his way back to the came and fell asleep.

The next day Max woke up still really dirty from digging. He looked around for the others his attention moved towards the lake where he heard Misty's voice. He rushed through the trees to see her playing with her pokemon. He took a second to get off his shirt and vest. He rushed and jumped off the edge splashing in.
"MAX!!" She called out annoyed


Chunk jumped in after.

Max didnt realize that Gyarados was with her as he swam to get her. When Gyarados came up from under him. He screamed out and tried to swim only to find himself flying through the air and landing awkwardly on the sandy shore. He pulled his face out of the sand and splashed some water on it.

"No fair." He fussed.

Max looked around not seeing the others.
"ZENITH! SOU!! SLOANE! We are swimming come join us!" He yelled taking off his wet shoes.
