I already play FFXIV, but my computer is messing up lately with the internet. Another plus is my sub has expired. So for now I'm waiting til I can fix my laptop and for the new patch =D

Either way it's not that big of a distraction for me.

I tried FFXIV, couldn't get into it. It's strange, there's some Final Fantasy games I LOVE and played over and over again, and others that I don't care for at all. I think a lot of it has to do with whether it's turn based combat or real time combat. I way prefer the turned-based strategy approach as opposed to button-mashing, macro-spamming stuff. XP

I always enjoy turn based strategy games. Like Fire Emblem style games. It did take me a while to get used to FFXIV though. Around level 40 or so it picked up. Now at 50 (ilvl 110) and the content is pretty cool. Especially with a FC now.
