Gym Leader Misty challenges you!

"This should be fun, good luck Trainer."

Horsea (Type: Water)

"Do you see what happened? Raticates bonus was changed based on it opponent evolution stage. Does that seem complicated? If so always think back to the charmander line. Poor Charmander gets a -10 against fully evolve pokemon and Charmeleon gets a -5 against a fully evolved pokemon."
**Okay so what did we learn? Pokemon that do not evolve are considered fully evolved and they always get bonus over pokemon who are not final stage.**

Gym Leader Misty challenges you!

"Seadra, you've got this !"

Seadra (Type: Water)
