In order by region, the fangs are raticate's, the ears are Furret's, the claws on Watchog's hands and feet are Linoone's, and the tail is Bibarel's. The color scheme is obviously Watchog's as well.
Looooooool. Sounds like the perfect HM slave. I suggest giving the fangs an outline because it's a little unclear how they're supposed to sit without one. Nice sprite though! :D
