He'd like to come and meet us, but he thinks he'd blow our minds.
There's a Starman waiting in the sky!
He's told us not to blow it 'cause he knows it's all worthwhile.
Awesome! I'll go bug Neko to edit it into our main post so everyone can use it! Thanks Chelvo!
Works for me. @Nekomata You good with it? The sooner we approve it, the sooner we can get cool avatar banner thingies.
@HKim
I made this earlier.

I hear there are comic incentives if we do well?
So after a couple hours I managed to bang out a submission for the first week of the creative writing part of the WAR. It's set around the time of the Salem Witch Trials, and I'm worried it might be a bit controversial, or it's not enough like the actual period in time...
I was wondering if anyone wants to proofread it and give me some constructive criticism on how to improve it? I really know very little about historical fiction, but I still wanted to participate because I thought my idea seemed kind of interesting.
Entered the Pixel Art section for this week! /o/

Apologies for the lateness, I didn't see HKim's message until today. I generally don't check my messages because I generally don't get any. I will remember to check more often in the future.
I don't quite have the time to read your submission, but I'm sure that people would be pretty forgiving about a depiction of a time period. After all, most of us aren't experts of that part of history.
As for controversial, I think it would be fine as long as you don't delve into certain topics like rape or nudity. Perhaps you can put a ratings on your story to warn anyone before they read it.
