As for TH, I set fire to his tree with my flamethrower (the technology, not the Pokemon move). As the tree is now on fire by my flamethrower, it is now my tree and henceforth my hill. Just to make sure, I use a 1-use squirt gun loaded with gasoline on TH to soak him with gas, then ignite it with the flamethrower. DR. PEPPER 'EM WITH HOLES is still aggro'd by Ecrivain and never wanted the hill to begin with, so...
