points wont be something you can get from the side quest, infact the side quest will cost points. Also, in the side quest you will have access to rare pokemon and rare items. Thats the whole point of the side quest.

Sorry the items list was created long before the side quest. If you are curious about special evolutions find the list, then youll need to look at the list when pokemon obey. Both of those lists are together in the forms section.

Im not sure what you want me to say. There are level restrictions they are part of the game. These kinda restrictions are a normal part of the game. Certain items taka a long time to be unlocked. This isnt something GCEA does only.

to be honest this dream quest is the biggest thing going on. Rustboro City is going to be super easy to get into ! I just needed to buy sometime :) although sewers will come into play later on in the story.
