No, not 'gives bonuses in bad weather,' allows capturing in immensely bad weather. Considering the setting...You're going to need at least a few.

I wind up needing to be absolutely clear, no matter how stingy I sound. As I'm the one who makes the the rules of the game-NOT Achilles, please note-well, I wind up having to clarify some points.

It's very stressful how I wind up making the rules one way and Achilles does something completely different. I'm trying to make sure the rules can't be interpreted incorrectly (clearing up confusion was the primary focus of the first re-write of the rules), so in short...Yhea, it's a focus.

@Vegeta, the rivals contest is to create rivals who will be making appearances in Emerald. This contests was made so that people could have some fun and make another character. The winners of the contest will get to control there rival !

Also if you enter and submit all the information you will get a shadow pokemon!
