He edited the whole mess. He didnt specifically make the rules, he took my old rules list and updated the crap out of it.

@Vegeta, the rivals contest is to create rivals who will be making appearances in Emerald. This contests was made so that people could have some fun and make another character. The winners of the contest will get to control there rival !

Also if you enter and submit all the information you will get a shadow pokemon!
