That's awesome. (Even though I don't actually know the songs XD)

That is very cool. That's the kind of stuff I'd be learning to play. Not the Mary Had a Little Lamb or Camptown Races garbage.
I was in band from 6th grade until graduation, and I wasn't fond of most of the music I had to learn. I did, however, find the sheet music for one song online that I would love to play if I could get a small group together: Lugia's Song
Now I mean one handed, not the two handed amazing kind of sounding piece you'd see people make on YouTube. One handed is a start. Especially considering it's all been by ear so far. My sheet reading has been....lacking ever since the transition from middle to high school. After I dropped band my Junior year it just feel from there.
The Lugia song is pretty good. I think it'd be one worth learning to play as well. Though I think I'd like to learn the way using the same instrument from it. That or the ocarina or flute (if I ever got either one of those).
The time is upon us...
. Pika Pair with the yellow bundle of fluff Chibi Altaria..
Well, the only instrument I have is a clarinet, so that's the instrument I'd like to learn it on. It sounds pretty good as a band piece, though.

I wish I could play an instrument. Whenever I look into one though it always feels way to complicated for me to understand. What I like is singing. Nothing makes me feel more alive than singing (and sometimes dancing) to one of my favorite songs.
I almost got suckered into playing tuba for band during middle school. Then, at the last minute, I was like... "why am I doing this, I don't even like that big, oversized thing." Plus they paired me with a snotty kid I really couldn't stand, making it that much worse.
If I had to play some kind of instrument, I would either go guitar or piano. My brother tried it and gave it up and my sister tried flute and gave that up also. Music just... isn't a big thing in my family. XD
Piano is pretty much the only instrument I can't play because I am cursed with small hands. :(
When I was tested in middle school to see which instruments I could play, the teachers said clarinet and trumpet. However, I never tried trumpet, so I don't think I can actually play it at all any more.
As for piano, I haven't done much practice on one because I don't have one, but it was the first instrument that I played and made me want to join band (even though I was never really good with it), but I have began to learn the keys.
If I had to play trumpet, I would definitely try to learn how to do the trumpet solo in Safe and Sound by Capital Cities. That's a great song and the trumpet really stands out in that one.
