Yeah. They literally just now (about a 2 hours ago) responded to my reply to them asking them what they did to fix my laptop. They said they removed the plastic covering it...why it wasn't removed in the first place before it was sent off I'll never know. Then they said they tested it and it worked perfectly. So why do it still not work or even mic up my personal microphone/headset?
I'm just done with CyberPower they've let me down too much. It'll be a pain, but I'll have to sit through a long process of talking with them and returning it for a full refund. There's no way they should count the 30 return policy time during the days it's in repair with them.
