yeah it's literally all about money for them and how to make more easier. It sucks because customer service is supposed to help (and most the time they do). Prime example is I discussed it with them, but since the 30 days return has passed they want a 15% restocking fee. I only had this laptop for....10ish days (15 including the first shipment). It was set to them for repairs for almost a full month alone. They know there's an issue with the laptop....ugh...it's all just a pain. Gotta call them back once the technicians get back in for that to dispute it.
