I've already taken action into that. Most of us here electric rodents-...I mean most of us "fans" of the electric Pokemon are out of the question. Unless that person sent themselves a Valentine to make it look as if they are not that Pokemon. Trust me, I'm sure I'm not the only one that thought of doing that. I'm sure of it

Oh there's always a conspiracy around cases. But there's only one TRUTH! we shall find out who they are in due time..

My guesses two are shot anyway, mainly because both of them have the Pacharisu in their postbit. Though like Speed said, you never know, one could've sent one to themselves.

There's one other person who I'm guessing right now. But how close am I to figuring it out? I'd say 98.9%
