Nothing! Because if im bored im thinking about life and if i think about life i'll slip into depression. The kind you see a shrink and a doctor and get funky pills for. And that's not cool. So i avoid being bored. And im good at it too!

Waiting, whether it's in a doctor's waiting room, waiting for food at a restaurant, waiting on line to buy something or have service done, or just waiting for someone else to show up. Also, I get bored when people just keep rambling on and never ask for any feedback. Super-long church sermons can also be boring when we got the message in the first ten minutes. Waiting to fall asleep again causes the same thing.

I start daydreaming when I get bored, and man, do I daydream. During business meetings and presentations, boy, someone could be rambling on about metrics and quarterly reports and I'm thinking more about what the faerie characters in my novel series should look like. I don't attend school anymore, but during long lectures where there was a total lack of engagement, I'd start daydreaming also. If you don't keep me engaged and interested in the first twenty minutes, adios, I've sprouted wings and I'm up in the clouds, baby!

Driving, especially on a highway, triggers the exact opposite reaction for some strange reason (I'm guessing because of a subconscious thought process going). I play music from fantasy RPGs video games, epic battle music (stuff like Two Steps From Hell), and power metal, and holy crap, my mind is a full-throttled inspiration engine that feels like it could write something better than Lord of the Rings in an hour. Of course, by the time I get home and hop back on my computer to put all that stuff into action, 90% of what I was thinking about has already moved on.

Certain instructors for classes in school/college. I dunno some teacher either don't't have it, or they lost that spunk. I've been through some classes now and I just think....how is this supposed to be interesting when you're not doing anything to make it interesting? Don't get me wrong, some instructors REALLY have it and go above and beyond.

Other than that long drives across a few states can be quite boring without anyone to talk with. I guess that's why I love traveling with friends or family and carry around my 3DS just in case. Music tends to help (assuming I can connect up my iPhone and play music from games, anime, or other types I like), but it only goes so far.

Other than that I'm pretty well composed. Nothing like being impatient waiting on food (unless it takes well over an hour or we get flat out ignored for 20 minutes).

    The time is upon us...

Like Neo said, waiting for anything and everything. The other day in the doctor's office I was waiting for over an HOUR after I'd already been called to say my doctor was delayed by 40 minutes. So I came in thinking I'd be fine and would only have to wait 10 minutes or so. Nope. =.=

And when I get bored, I daydream as well. I think of all the things I would rather be doing, like drawing or writing, how I'm going to draw my character's hair, what colour eyes they'll have... And most of the time when I'm at work I'll be thinking about how soon I can get home to play that game I'd addicted to at the time. XD
