    I don't do ROMs at all... but for the program you could upgrade to Premiere Pro CC (which is what I have). I'm going to assume you're on Windows and don't have access to iMovie... There's Windows Move Maker, yeah?

    I don't use Windows. Do you want to download a free video editing software, or acquire it by...other means? <.< >.>
