Everyone loves a good romance, right? Everyone also loves Pokémon, right? Well, look at this. Not too long ago, someone with some awesome hacking skills and a little bit of heartfelt courage, decided to hack into a copy of Pokémon Leaf Green and personalize it for his girlfriend’s birthday.
The hack featured appearances from characters from other massive fandoms, like Doctor Who and Harry Potter, but it was the 8th gym that had the biggest surprise.
After beating the Gym, Blue, the leader, taking on the moniker of the boyfriend, asks the player to marry him, saying those all important words. “I choose you.”
And don’t worry, she said yes. The featured image is of the engagement ring.

I had a friend of mine plan to ask me to prom via Pokemon game. It didn't work out though because I was his second choice and his first date (his actual girlfriend) said yes.

It's just amazing some of the ideas people come up with when they are in love and to show their true confessions. Hope it all works out for them well in the end.
