Whoever made that probably says 'nidoran' wrong. XD But I do love that picture nonetheless.

It kinda works if you put emphasis on the 'nid' to sound like 'need', and then combine the 'o' and the 'ran' (with less emphasis on the o) and pronounce the 'a' in ran like 'ah'. XD Like "cause you 'NEED (o)RAHN'.
