Does mentally being married to an anime character count? Because, if so, I've been married to Rin Okumura since like the 8th grade and I've got a closet for my harem of other anime guys to play with on the weekends. XD

I'm just kidding.

In reality I'm single, but I'd like to be dating someone if I'm honest. I've noticed some guys I'd probably like to date, but usually they're one of a few things: Gay, taken, or not approved. The first two are self explanatory, but the last one means my mom doesn't approve of the guy I've taken an interest in and has therefore said I can't date him. It doesn't happen very often but when it does it's a real bummer because I look for more of a best friend than a sexual partner and I've met some guys in my life that would totally be that.

Oh Gemma, when will you realize Luck is not equal to Love? You don't need luck with people, and they shouldn't look for something like that when they come to you! Relationships needs trust and understanding. Those two are the very important keys that will pull both of yous throughout life! Getting out more doesn't increase your chance of falling in love! You should reveal your heart more to people care about you! They will understand how you really are on the inside! What kind of personality you have, what kind of a gentle soul you possess, what kind of hardships you went through! Your smile alone will be enough to answer all the questions above. At the end of day, Lady Luck can smile upon all of us, but she won't be staying at place for too long. But what does? IT'S OUR HEARTS!

What I mean is I don't get out anywhere to MEET anyone. xD Hence no relationships. Also everyone I DO know doesn't like anime or Pokemon so that's an automatic disqualification lol.

Also people don't come to me. WHAT DO YOU THINK MY PROBLEM IS?! xD Do you want to know how many people I know around here where I live? ONE. ONE. So I kinda do think I need to get out more or I will only know this one person for the rest of my life, haha. Doesn't help I don't work with other people, either. My job is so lonesome. 3:

I meant they disqualify others from going out with me. :p I don't date anyone who doesn't like those things, BWAHAHA.

So between my job, where it's just me and literally my boss and his wife, for five days a week, and then family stuff on the weekends (usually) it doesn't allow for a lot of socialising. And when I get free time to myself I much prefer to spend it here, online, or playing games, reading, whatever. xD I like my alone time. ...Just sometimes I would like my alone time to be with someone else lol.

Well I know how you feel in that sense Gemma. The girls here seem like they have "standards" they need for their "type of guy." If I don't meet their standard, they don't care. It's even MORE hard to find a girl that likes anime, games/Pokemon, or flat out just talking. Don't put yourself down so much though Gem! I'm sure any guy would be lucky to find you or any of you other lovely ladies here on pxr that are still singe.

Also, I only have one female friend here near me....and she's getting married. Not to mention she's the one I told you about that my friend tried to "set me up with." It was just too awkward with her. Yeah jobs suck....but it's a necessity of life. Live and we learn and we pay for it.
