Hun, I was born and raised in the south. I am a Southern. I know exactly how sweet people can make their drinks because I'm one of those people. We South Carolinians like our tea very sweet. Like I said, I have a huge sweet tooth. I have to have at least three packets of sugar in my tea before I can drink it. There's very few places that actually make a decent tea nowadays, so God bless from chick-fil-a. They know just how I like it.
But yeah, no one orders half and half around here. It's either sweet, unsweet, or you don't get tea. There is no other option in the rebel state. Actually, most times, if you order anything besides sweet tea, you usually get looked at funny by the servers. Nevertheless, I know not everyone likes sugary drinks, but I really probably could not survive without them. It's the only way I'd be able to stay awake all day. Last week, when I was on Spring Break, I didn't have caffeine for pretty much the whole week and I was miserable. I had to take at least one four hour nap, I was extremely moody, and I had very severe migraines.
