When I saw Neo had posted in that Name Change thread, I thought, "No way. No way!" But it was a false alarm. Turns out he isn't changing his name.

Yeah, we were kind of told to cease and desist on the name changes lately. I think it was just meant to be a practical joke.

Oh no! But I guess now I won't get my mentions incorrect even more.

Yeah, we were told that if we're changing our names, they need to adhere to the same three-month duration thing as everyone else, which is understandable. But yeah, I wouldn't get a three-month name change just for a trendy thing, although I did come close with this whole Undertale thing. When I saw that notice to all the mods, I was like... yeah, I would rather just stick with Neo Emolga.

Some people aren't too crazy when people change their names a not. While actually changing the name through the admin process is pretty easy (I actually have access to it. :P), for some people, it causes confusion, so we're not going to goof around with it too much. From a personal standpoint, it doesn't bother me at all and can even be quite a bit of goofy fun, but not everyone shares the same feeling about it. :P

Aww. Doesn't bother me, either. Though now I'm pretty glad I'm not part of this trend. Three months is a long time. =P
