Yeah and it's funny to see some YouTube videos of others wanting the same. This looks just like it. I feel this may be like Let's Go. They're using this as a test run for new gameplay styles.

I hope it works, I think it'll be a pretty nice change in terms of how it plays out when compared to the usual formula for mainstream games.
But would really get me rushing...
...a Pokemon MMO, with Legends's graphics, PMD setting. I would be squealing with happiness. XD
All of what was announced has me so excited for the future of the franchise! Things are really looking up!!
Pokemon BOTW, yes please

During the very short and very rare few times when things seem slow in the franchise, I sometimes think "eh, maybe it's time to move on from Pokemon" and then bam, something comes along and I'm so darn easily hooked back in again.
Although with the way some people are obsessively hooked into certain silly things like sports, Disney, Dungeons and Dragons, and other crazy hobbies, nothing to be ashamed about having continued interest in a 25 year old major franchise.
I love this franchise and hope I never get tired of it
Bury me with my Emolga plushies so I can take them with me to the afterlife.
I think if they were to stop making games, I would just replay and revisit the older ones. And heck, even without the games, there's always endless fan content being created. Such a great, versatile franchise!
I just keep wishing for the day we will see VR come to be fully immersive to where we can see ourselves in game....as Pokemon xD. Fully realistic and immersive.

Given how far it has come in 25 years, I'd say it's quite possible and very likely within our lifetimes. Looking at the way Pokemon started off as black and white sprites on GameBoy to what it is now with fully animated 3D models with expressions, reactions, and personalities, we've come a dang long way and it's simply magical.
