You haven't met the requirements to get the scyther yet. Additionally, you cannot get a shiny unless all the posts you did were NOT in the Fun & Games section, like the rules said.

You need to get to 1,802 posts before you can claim your scyther. Right now you have 1,772 posts. You made 10 posts, not 40. That is evidently not enough.

Please read the rules next time before asking me via VM in a manner that was not very polite. I suggest going over the rules.

You didn't post 40 times yet since you put in a claim to get a scyther. Remember, you reach 40 posts when you get to 1,802 posts. Just keep an eye on the post count below your avatar under "Join Date." If you want a shiny, you'll have to make 32 new posts WITHOUT posting in the Fun & Games section, because right now you've only got 8 posts outside the fun and games section (and you have actually only posted 22 times, not 40. I don't know where you're getting that figure from xD). Do you understand that you have to make 40 different posts SINCE posting your submission to get a scyther? And every post you do counts as one post. So you have to do it forty times. I apologise if I sound rude, but I'm just trying to make it as clear as possible for you.
