Also, I would like to add that, as someone who is Mexican, traditional Mexican tacos typically don't have cheese. Seriously, if you go to Mexico and eat tacos there you'll notice that there's a pretty significant difference between Mexican tacos and US ones. Granted, that doesn't guarantee you'd like authentic Mexican tacos better, and I actually wouldn't recommend eating them too often because they can be pretty hard on the stomach due to the amount of spicy.

No worries! Truthfully, I barely know anyone who has gotten books published besides you and I feel like you're my closest and most reliable source of advice and guidance when it comes to that stuff. So far, the agents I contacted a few months back never got back to me, but I'll try a few others before I might need to ask for your help (and trust me, I would SINCERELY appreciate any help you could offer). There aren't too many agents specializing in fantasy-genre fiction in New Jersey, so I might need to expand my search into New York. It might mean taking a trip to the city if one of them picks it up, but ooh, that'll be so worth it.
