...OK, that book depicts a Cincinno. I dunno about you, but the specific entity depicted may be relevant. Are there any Cincinno in the city (haven't 100% checked the suspect list)? If not, well, just be on the lookout for anything else.

There's a dearth of Cinccinos on the suspect list. No Minccinos either - I think that might be deliberate, maybe just a generic Pokemon, so to speak? Still, it would be good to keep an eye out for mentions of any 'Ccinos, just in case.
