Great so now we have the exorcist what are we going to do with him? I say nothing what is a few pokemon`s souls compared to an entire town. An exorcism is a hindrance not a help it takes time to learn and it destroys your mind. Maybe if it also saved the hosts life I would consider it but it kills both the same as a normal killing.

As for who should learn it... I really want to be one of those who learns it. I still have all of my Sanity points and have had the good fortune not to stumble into any draining traps. If I have to take a little bit of a mental/emotional beating to protect souls from eternal condemnation, then so be it.


That said, we should come up with a game plan for learners. I still plan to interview Dominique and a lot of us had important jobs lined up for today that we've already completed or can't leave unfinished. Would it be too much to ask for protection for the Doublade tonight, so I can talk to him tomorrow? I'll understand if others get to him before I do...


... but I really want to do this.

I am wholhaetedly against assasinating anyone now that we can Exorcise. I mean, how can we be heroes if we willingly sacrifice souls we could save?
Anyway, since we're limited on Exocism, we should teach it to the ones who have the skills that are used the least. Or Madder...
Oh, and I found a suspicious door last night at Timeless Masterpieces. We'll need someone more scientific to get through it though...

You fail to understand that no matter what we do the host is going to die. That leaves us with two options, we can either condemn their soul with the parasite by just killing them normally or we can save their soul through an exorcism or a ritual. Sure it drains sanity and takes time to learn, but it's still early on in the game and sanity can be recovered. It takes time to locate the Stalkers after all, as we have yet to confirm a single one, we only have a suspect so far. So it'd be very much worth it.

I would love to learn the exorcism skill. The sole reason I was for killing people off earlier is because we didn't have access to an exorcism teacher. But now that we do, I say let's do what we can to save their souls.

Problem is I don't have all my sanity. I'm unsure if that means I can't exorcise someone or if it'll just drain what I have remaining. If the first suggestion is the case, I can rest to restore my sanity. But if you'd rather me not be an exorcist then you can keep me in the reserves as the assassin. However, I am not the only one who has expressed intent to kill, so don't think I'm the only one willing to do so.

We'd have to talk to Madder to see what he wants, but I think he'd do best as an ace in the hole, so to speak - if all our exorcisers are out of commission, he can still... take a Stalker out, since he's the main one who's expressed willingness to do so. As for the door, I can take that tonight if no one with the scientific know-how and free time can get to it during the day.

Not what I meant. I meant that since I don't have my full sanity (I have 3/4 points left) I may not be able to use the exorcism because I'm not at full sanity. I'd be willing to rest up to fix that, but I was just unsure if that might affect my ability to use it.

But you're not the same stage as them. You're a middle stage evolution, while they're single stagers.
