Yeah, no worries, don't hesitate to ask! Trust me, plenty of times I've made alterations on things based on how things move along. But yeah, the magazines and such are good as one time use things if you need quick access to a perk for whatever reason, but I understand that having to do that repeatedly for something like Technical would get to be costly and expensive if no active player has it. I meant it to be more of a "Plan B" workaround rather than have the players dependent on it.
