Tenacity's Pokemon Emerald Nuzlocke V2: The Final Update

I'm standing afoot of the Pokemon League's entrance. During this journey I've had many amazing things happen - we defeated all eight gym leaders, we took down two villainous teams, quelled a legendary calamity and had to bury an amazing starter Pokemon. Throughout our endeavours we have experienced many losses, many new additions and many evolutions. Finally, it's our time to prove whether or not the effort was enough to overcome the Nuzlocke challenge.

I'll post my full team in-depth after I've gone through the Elite 4.

Vs. Sidney:

Tombstone vs Mightyena: I was actually expecting him to send out Sharpedo first. It used Sand Attack, but we smashed it with a critical hit Giga Drain. He is about to send out Shiftry, so we switch to Chiroptera.
Chiroptera vs Shiftry: Sludge Bomb OHKOs. He is about to switch into Absol, so I send in Capitoline.
Capitoline vs Absol: Due to being 8 levels higher, Thunderbolt OHKOs. I'm starting to get the feeling this league will be easier than expected. He sends in Crawdaunt, so I decide to send in Tombstone again. I want to use Capitoline as least as I can due to it being so over-levelled.
Tombstone vs Crawdaunt: Crawdaunt uses Surf, but that barely scratches Tomb Stone, who recovers off the damage and OHKOs with Giga Drain. Turns out Sidney doesn't have a Sharpedo at all as he is about to send in Cacturne. It was a toss up between sending out Chiroptera again or using Fedora, but I actually let Strait take the honour for this one.
Strait vs Cacturne: We open with Return, which gets the Cacturne down to about 1/3rd of its health. It uses Cotton Spore and lowers our speed. It outspeeds us next turn and uses Needle Arm, which only does a little damage but causes us to flinch as well. This repeats on the next turn. He scores a crit on the next turn, taking Strait to a heart-stopping 24HP! However, we finish the Cacturne off with a Return and win the battle. I heal up Strait with a Hyper Potion and move onto Phoebe.

Vs. Phoebe:

Chiroptera vs Dusclops: I have a feeling Capitoline will be taking most of the hits in this battle due to its wonderful typing, but I let Chiroptera open the battle with a Bite. Unfortunately, Phoebe's Dusclops used Protect to shield itself from my move. And repeats this on the next turn. When Bite finally does connect, it knocks the Dusclops down to about half health. It uses Confuse Ray, but we get through and manage to get it to perhaps a single hit point. Of course, Phoebe heals it with a Full Restore. With a little effort, we finally fell the Dusclops. She sends in Banette next, so I retaliate with Capitoline.
Capitoline vs Banette: Thunderbolt OHKOs. Her second Dusclops in next, which I keep Capitoline in for.
Capitoline vs Dusclops: We open with Thunderbolt, which knocks it down to slightly more than half health, but it uses Earthquake! As I watch Capitoline's health sneak away, I am stunned as it is able to survive with 40HP! We end our assault with another Thunderbolt. Phew. Banette's in next, which I keep Capitoline in for.
Capitoline vs Banette: I patch up Capitoline's health with an Energy Root, allowing us to be hit by the Banette's Will-o-Wisp. On the next turn, Thunderbolt knocks its health down to the red. Phoebe patches Banette up with a Full Restore, and we hit it with another two Thunderbolts to KO it. Her last Pokemon, Sableye, is up next. I let Big Blue have some fun with this one.
Big Blue vs Sableye: We attack with Water Spout, which knocks it down into the red whilst it uses Double Team. We KO it with Surf on the next turn. Two down, three to go!

Vs. Glacia:

Strait vs Sealeo: I attempt something ridiculous this battle. Utterly ridiculous. Strait used Belly Drum! Sealeo used Hail! Return OHKOs!
Strait vs Glalie: Return OHKOs!

Strait vs Glalie: Return OHKOs! Strait grew to LV.53!
Strait vs Walrein: Return OHKOs!

AWWWWWWW YEEEEAH! Never underestimate the power of friendship.

Vs. Drake:

Fedora vs Shelgon: I'm really cautious in using Fedora because of how low his stats are. However, I was confident that Fedora could take Drake's Shelgon. We used Blizzard, but it missed! Fortunately, Shelgon's Rock Tomb missed, too. Sensing our attack, it uses Protect, blocking our next Blizzard. Our next Blizzard connects and OHKOs the Shelgon. Next in was Drake's Flygon. I was confident that Big Blue could take it.
Big Blue vs Flygon: It used Earthquake to begin with, which scared me as it brought our HP from 248 to 106. Fortunately, Ice Beam OHKO'd. Well, of course it did. Altaria was up next, which I promptly sent in Fedora for.
Fedora vs Altaria: It opened with Double Edge, which brought Fedora to little more than 50% HP. Blizzard promptly OHKO'd it. Next in was Salamence, and I was slightly scared seeing as my two Ice type attack users were weakened. Considering this, I sent in Tombstone.
Tombstone vs Salamence: It uses Dragon Claw, slicing off about 60 HP. We retaliate with Confuse Ray. The next turn, it hits itself in confusion. Our AncientPower barely scratches the Salamence, likely due to Intimidate. It manages to break through the confusion and hit us again with Dragon Claw - I Toxic it in the process. I patch up Tombstone with a Max Potion whilst it uses another Dragon Claw, again bypassing the confusion. Eventually, after two Full Restores from Drake and a lot of stalling, the Salamence falls to a mixture of status effects. Euck. His last Pokemon is Kingdra, which I send Capitoline in for.
Capitoline vs Kingdra: Capitoline uses Thunderbolt, it uses Dragon Dance. We still outspeed and KO it with Thunderbolt. Good game, Drake. You are by far my most difficult challenge thus far.

CHAMPION BATTLE - Vs. Wallace:
Tombstone vs Wailord: I'd like for all of my Pokemon to fight at least one Pokemon in this battle. We'll see. Also, wut, he sends out his highest level Pokemon first? It sets up Rain Dance, which frightens me a litte. Giga Drain smakcs it down to about 50% health, which was less than I expected. It uses Blizzard, which brings us from 184 HP to 64 HP. Giga Drain brings us back to 129 HP and KOs the Wailord. Tombstone grew to LV.54! Next in is Milotic, which I send Capitoline in for.
Capitoline vs Milotic: I wish I had Thunder on Capitoline now. Anyway, Thunderbolt scores a critical hit and OHKOs! Yrah! Next in is Gyarados. I decide to keep Capitoline in for this, despite my prior wish.
Capitoline vs Gyarados: Freaking. No. Earthquake OHKOs poor Capitoline. ;_; I start to panic here. I send out Chiroptera in the hopes that it can dent the beast.
Chiroptera vs Gyarados: Sludge Bomb barely dents the critter as it begins to set up a Dragon Dance. It uses Surf, which knocks off a 1/3rd of our HP, whilst I use Confuse Ray. It hurts itself in confusion as we use a Sludge Bomb, which brings it to Full Restore zone and poisons it! Knocking it out. Take that. Tentacruel in next. I'm kicking myself for Capitoline's avoidable death. Capitoline would have been so useful. I send in Strait to see what he can do.
Strait vs Tentacruel: We open with Belly Drum, which I'm aware is a risky move. Fortunately, it uses Toxic, giving me time to patch up Strait with a Full Restore the following turn. It uses Hydro Pump, knocking us down to 99 HP from 179 HP. Return OHKOs. Ludicolo next.
Strait vs Ludicolo: Return OHKOs. Everything's beginning to look possible now. Final Pokemon, Whiscash. I know exactly who to pick for this one.
Tombstone vs Whiscash: It uses Surf, but Giga Drain restores most of our health and puts it in the red. Wallace uses the most pointless Full Restore in all of history, so I use Toxic...which misses. Oh well. Repeat the first two turns twice more, sprinkle in another Giga Drain and that's how you make a champion.

I carry Capitoline's crumbled body with me into the Hall of Fame. Placing their Poke Balls onto the machine, we register ourselves forever in Hoenn's history.

I've had my Illumise replace Capitoline, and alongside the rest of my team she'll eventually be migrating to the fifth generation to relax as Nuzlocke victors. :3 Before that though, I plan to catch all of the available legendaries and get as many ribbons on my team as possible.
