Ice-type Reviews – Generation 2 (TCG Art)

Ice-type Reviews Gen 1 (Part 1)

We’re back for more TCG art showcase. I should note that if there are more than one Pokémon in a family, then each member will have an individual card. Keep in mind that my choices are subjective, so what I like might not necessarily be what you like.

To find out the cards I picked, please proceed.

Sneasel
Sneasel

This is a nice picture of Sneasel doing what it does: stealing eggs. Of course, it doesn’t look like there are any eggs here, but based on its sneaky stance, you know that’s what it’s doing if you refer to the PokéDex. Moreover, this card is also an e-Reader card, though it’s only used to reveal a third attack, and based on the description, it’s a random damage move akin to rolling a dice.

Swinub
Swinub

In this picture, we see something Swinub does not normally do: become aggressive. Normally a Swinub looks like it is relaxed while it’s lazing around, like a pig. However, it’s evident that food motivates quite a few of them. We even get to see the feet of one of them!

Piloswine
Piloswine

The meadow looks very inviting here that I would like to take a walk and run there. The way the lighting looks in the picture makes the Pokémon look slightly more realistic.

Delibird
Delibird

Delibird has always been a Christmas-based Pokémon, so when it’s Christmas time, Pokémon fans will have Delibird in mind for the occasion. So, this is a picture that captures the spirit of the beauty of winter with its soft colours and nice snow, and of course, Delibird’s presence.

Smoochum
Smoochum

This simple and bright picture of Smoochum is appropriate to show the innocence of this Pokémon. The soft colours are quite pleasing to the eye as well.

That’s all for this TCG Art showcase. I hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I have writing it.

Thanks for reading.
