Today (October 31st) is the last chance to download a special Super-Size Pumpkaboo through Mystery Gift in Pokemon X and Y. Simply select Mystery Gift on the title screen, followed by Receive Gift, then Get Via Internet. You must have a Wi-Fi connection to download it. Pumpkaboo can then be collected from the delivery girl in any Pokemon Center.
Just in time for Hallowwn, the Pumpkaboo has the moves Trick-or-Treat and Scary Face and is holding a Rocky Helmet.
