About PokeDads

PokeDads
The Pokemon TCG is booming but you don’t have to be a collector to enjoy it. Nor do you have to be hyper competitive. You can simply be a dad wanting to play. Or, as the title of this podcast suggest, a PokeDad.

PokeDads is a TCG podcast run by PokeDad, Rick, PokeDad Aaron and PokeDad Scott. All three of these PokeDads are just dudes who want to have fun playing the Pokemon TCG. They give some tips and tricks to get better in the game. Sometimes they get competitive but which dad wouldn’t? Overall, they are just a bunch of dads who want to have fun.

Today we have some Listener responses from their fans. Starting us off will be Drew.

Drew Says

The return of Scott and all the listeners getting a segment to welcome him back.

What would you tell the podcast members if you ever met them in real life?
Thank you for being my friends during the pandemic and allowing me to be a PokeDad.

Thanks for the feedback Drew! It is always nice to know that you have somebody you can consider a friend when it comes to podcasts. After all, most podcasters try to be a friendly voice to those who listen. It helps build a conversation.

Everything. The hosts, the content, the community around them.

How they constantly call me out for being active in the community discord.

What would you tell the podcast members if you ever met them in real life?
“What even is “”real life”” anyways?

Probably something about the copious amount of product they promise me. 😘”

——————————————————————————-
Getting pretty meta there at the end I see, Devin. What is real life? That is the real question. Either way. We hope that the PokeDads deliver on that product they owe you.

We are not going to look at more listener response for Pokemon Rollout.

About Pokemon Rollout

Pokemon Rollout
Everybody loves a good story! Especially a good story that is told via dice rolls with Pokemon! After all, that is all what a tabletop campaign is all about. And this one is one that not only been around for a long time but also fun!

Pokemon Rollout is a tabletop campaign run by Nick as the Dungeon Master with Paul playing Charlie, Lydia as Liliana and Micheal as Professor Sneaze. This trio of trainers travel a region divided trying to collect gym badges and not get killed. Too bad that is totally possible now that they are soon the reach the other side of the mountain.

Let’s get the ball rolling with Hilda.

Hilda Says

What do you love about Pokemon Rollout?
It’s funny, and its an adventure.

What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
When Liliana opened the door and yelled “My Magikarp is flying!” and the Loudred outside got confused, then he got hit in the face with a Magikarp.

What would you tell the podcast members if you ever met them in real life?
That their podcast is the best podcast in the entire world.

——————————————————————————-
A funny adventure is always great to listen to. Especially one that is as funny as Pokemon Rollout. There is never a dull moment. Even if they are reading books.

Our next piece of fan response comes from Silas L.

Our next piece of fan response comes from Fuego.

Fuego Says

What do you love about Pokemon Rollout?
I love the story telling.

What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
Any major plot points, Nick (GM) does such a great job at making them feel monumental.

What would you tell the podcast members if you ever met them in real life?
Hmmm…I dont know.

——————————————————————————-
I hope that you know what you will tell them one day because…Today you don’t have to meet them in real life. Still, that is true. Nick really does know how to make a moment seem so big within Pokemon Rollout. It makes me wonder what he has plan for the future.

Our next and final piece of feedback comes from Peter.

Peter Says

What do you love about Pokemon Rollout?
Good goofs, great world building, and gripping story.

What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
The discovery of Dr Lineaus’s plans.

What would you tell the podcast members if you ever met them in real life?
I would love to ask about other tabletop RPGs they play.

——————————————————————————-
The Dr. Lineaus’s story plot was pretty big and one of my favorites. Things felt really real there. Also, they do seem to play a lot of tabletop RPGs if their Fifth Monday Specials are any indications.

Thank you everybody who decided to call in and talk about PokeDads and Pokemon Rollout! We still have plenty of Listener Feedback to share. So come back next time to see if you are in our next feature! Or just come in to see why people love their favorite Pokemon Podcast!

Don’t touch that Totodile!
