DeviantArt. There’s stuff on there that makes you think the Louvre is obsolete and then there’s other stuff that makes you want to dash under the bed and set yourself on fire. And if you need an explanation as to the later, well, look no further than Mister Metokur on YouTube and you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. And… that’s all I’ll say about that. So what’s Neo Emolga Masterpiece Mischief? Easy cheesy. I jump into DeviantArt, search Pokémon by “Popular 24 hours” and review the top three results regardless of what comes up with some extra sass and snarky commentary that’s all in good fun. And should make you laugh. It’s a quickie column that should brighten up your day like bacon and coffee. Not together.

In case you’ve been sleeping under a rock for the past eight months, Mimikyu killed Pikachu as everyone’s favorite Pokémon. Which makes me wonder if Ditto doing Transform on a Mimikyu would be some kind of weird, inverted form of Pikachu inception. Anyway, even if Mimikyu isn’t your favorite, you have to appreciate THE WINK. It’s cute. You can’t hate it. Mimikyu could have cut you off in traffic today or forgot to replace the used up toilet paper roll but you’d still love THE WINK. There’s no background on this, unless you consider the blue trapezoid-thing whateveritis as a background, but it really doesn’t need one.

Thanks to a very lucrative merchandising campaign by the galactic empire known as DISNEY, you know what Frozen is. You know the songs that are now stuck in your head at this very moment simply because FROZEN appeared, so what would a crossover with Pokémon look like? Well, it’ll look something like this! It’s a great picture and you have to love that cuddly Glaceon. Usually Glaceon looks like serious and Monday-morning like but not this one!

And now for a Nuzlocke comic that I’m reading out of order! But that’s okay, it’s funnier if you don’t get the context. It’s got a limited color palette, but the character drawings are enjoyable. Apparently, Squire is the name of the Skitty that sits on Anne’s (I think?) head. And Anne doesn’t actually like Pokémon and is trying to get rid of them. And then the rest of the story goes over my head, but the art is nice. Backgrounds are kinda fuzzy though. The snarky Skitty is the best part.
