Well doesn’t Japan just get all the cool stuff? A special exhibition titled “Pokemon Lab: You do it! You discover!” will be held at Miraikan, the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation between July 8 and October 12 this year.
The exhibition will provide an introduction into scientific processes using Pokemon as subjects. Visitors can become research assistants to complete a number of missions of different difficulties. The exhibition will also feature information about the history of Pokemon and development of communications technology in game consoles.
Selected merchandise will also be available featuring Pikachu wearing a lab coat. So far, this includes tote bags, phone cases, keyrings, mugs and pins.
