There are plenty of decks out there but the one that really caught my eye is Speed Lugia. Let’s go over the core cards.
x4 Lugia EX
Lugia EX has always been a really strong pokemon with a great ability! Using its Plasma Gale for 120 damage and nearly knocking out most pokemon except a few/most EXs. The only problem with this deck is its consistency. Having to discard a Plasma energy every time you use the move Plasma Gale is quite a task.

You don’t need many pokemon because Lugia is your main attacker after all. Another addition you could do for this deck is to add in the Absol from the Plasma sets.
Deoxys EX throws on some extra damage for Lugia.
The idea of this deck is to draw through your deck as quickly as possible, to hit those Double Colourless energy and Colress Machines that you need to get started, as well as the Deoxys EXs and Muscle Bands.
