First announced in August, the Pokemon TCG Tresure Tin hits stores this weekend. It comes complete with a holo Treecko, Torchic and Mudkip, that’s in the “Primal Clash” set. You can also get a notepad, pencils, a set of stickers, a cool Pikachu coin, and a neat little mini binder. It also comes with booster packs from the “Phantom Forces”, “Furious Fists” and “Flashfire”. as well as an XY pack. The entire tin costs around $24.99.
Next is a product first announced in September, the Hoenn Collection Box gives you Jumbo versions of Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon-EX from the aforementioned Primal Clash set, a holographic Treecko, Torchic, and Mudkip, and also a metal pin featuring all three. To complete the set, you also get two “Phantom Forces” packs, and also a Furious Fists pack, all for $15.99 .
Primal Kyogre’s ability is “Alpha Growth” which reads, “When you attach an Energy card from your hand to this Pokemon (except with an attack, Ability, or Trainer card), you may attach 2 Energy cards.” Groudon’s, as posted before, is “Ω Barrier.” It reads, “Whenever your opponent plays a Trainer card (excluding Pokemon Tools and Stadium cards), prevent all effect of that card done to this Pokemon.” Both Pokemon feature the Mega Evolution rule, though it’s branded as the “Primal Reversion rule.”
