TCG Jump: Tropical Beach in TCG Online

Tropical Beach
In the latest update to the Pokemon Trading Card Game Online, the card Tropical Beach was finally added to the online game. Tropical Beach is a highly sought after card that is only awarded to those who attended the Pokemon Worlds competition.

Tropical Beach is a stadium that allows a player to draw cards until they have seven in their hand. Once they do , their turn will end. Many Stage Two decks use this card in order at least do something within their first turn because  their decks lack the ability to attack during their first turn due to set up. This card allows them to dig into their deck for much needed resources such as Rare Candy or Computer Search which could be used next turn.

One of the major complaints concerning TCG Online was the fact that it was missing Tropical Beach. Due to Pokemon TCG Online lacking this card, it made Pokemon TCG Online an incomplete method to test out new decks.

Everybody who attended Worlds in 2011 and 2012 and are part of Pokemon TCG Online will receive four codes. Each code will then unlock four Tropical Beach for the player. The reason for one player to gain so many copies of the card could be to encourage them to trade their extra copies to help distribute it to other players within TCG Online.

Other updates included in the updated was a cosmetic change to the Start and Battle Waiting page, avatar creation and changed to how codes are redeemed.

Many decks who needed Tropical Beach within the TCG Online will be grateful for this addition. Click below to see Pooka from The Top Cut using Tropical Beach in a Blastoise deck. It is amazing at how fast he was able to set up Blastoise with little ease due to Tropical Beach.
