I just say we go with what we have now and save the rest for next time. We're going to have at least 10 judges 2 team and 8 individual. At this rate half the teams will be judges. I still feel like we're throwing way to much into this because we don't even know how much attention this will attract. We could get a crap ton or hardly any at all...we don't know.

I'd say you should have a draft prepared so that you can be ready when the time comes to create the event threads.
