I won't mince words, here - I know what happened with your friend Rosco, and you have my deepest condolences. Rest assured, I won't tell anyone what you witnessed, but I need to hear it from you - what happened that night? Can you please tell me about Rosco's last words, last moments? I'm so sorry to drag up the bad memories again, but you could be helping the whole city with this information.

You find Dominique at her home on Floor 8 of Dakin Apartment Towers. You can tell that she is not well off, given her location in this low-income apartment building that has seen better days. When you introduce yourself and she invites you in, you take a look around her apartment, which looks quaint, humble, and kempt.
She takes a seat on her couch, and you awkwardly sit down beside her. Her couch was clearly not designed for a Togekiss.
"Th-thanks for coming," she utters, avoiding eye contact with you. She begins to fidget as she stares at her fingers. As you begin to ask her about the incident around a week ago involving Rusco, her murdered friend, you see her eyes welling up with tears. She binds them shut and shakes her head, trying to remove the gruesome and traumatising images from her head. "H-he...he was going to surprise me... I d-didn't know he was going to come, but..." She bursts into tears, and you're unsure how exactly to console her. You elect to place a careful wing on her shoulder, which sits among her shaggy mustard feathers. She looks you in the eye, subtly grateful for the support.
"He was my best friend... So loyal, so caring, and, just...the opposite of the Primeape stereotype. He never got angry... He knew I was working a long shift and he just wanted to cheer me up." She sniffs, snagging a tissue from the tissue box by her side. Judging by the mass of used tissues around the apartment, you guess that she hasn't stopped shedding tears since the incident. "I haven't been able to go back to work since... I just think of him."
Dominique shoves her scaly face into your wing, and although you can feel it dampening with her continuous stream of tears, you know that this is necessary to get the information you're after. That and clearly this Pokémon needs some compassion right now. It was obviously the right decision to approach her with modesty on your side.
After a few minutes of crying and subsequent silence, Dominique gathers herself and apologises for inconveniencing you. She begins to wipe your wing with a tissue, then gives up after a few strokes. "I'm so sorry..." She trails off, then becomes slightly hardened. "He said...he said a Maractus did it to him." She angles her head so that she's looking you in the eyes again. "The only Maractus I know is Nairek... She can be nasty, but...she's a Stalker?" She rocks her head slowly in tired disbelief. "I would never doubt his words. There's no doubt that he saw a Maractus."
She stands up, putting some distance between the both of you. She trudges over to her sink and gets herself some water, her mind too busy to offer you one. She turns around, scratching at the cup absently. "Emissaries can't get killed like us, right? ...Then please investigate this for me. For Rusco." She writes you a piece of paper and hands it to you. The note reads, Nairek's home: Summer's Moon Condominiums, Floor 30. You guess that she did some digging of her own before you came.
Just as you think she's about to ask you to leave, she walks over to a glass cabinet, where you can see a few of her possessions. It seems to be a metallic frame, but it's unusual in nature. As Dominique brings it to you, you can see it seems to be made of some very brilliant metal that almost looks like platinum but has a kind of illumination to it.
"I... found this the other day... at work," Dominique tells you. "I thought it was part of a laminating machine but... it's not. It feels so... comforting to hold. I don't know what it is, but I can't do anything with it. Maybe... maybe it's better if I give it to you. It doesn't help anyone in my closet, but maybe... you can find out what it's really for."
She places the framework before you, and you accept it.
Item [Divinity Relic Frame] has been added to the Team Inventory.
"I hope you find out what that's supposed to be," Dominique tells you. "I would be glad if it helped you in some way. It would... make some of this pain go away..."
