Champion’s Path to be Fall’s TCG Mini-Set

Champion's Path
Do you have what it takes to become a champion of Galar?

Then test your skill and get ready to travel the Galar region in the next new mini-set for the Pokemon TCG, Champion’s Path! This new mini-set will focus on the gyms of Galar from the gym leaders to the Pokemon that they use.

Trainers will be able to recreate their Galar gym challenge by collecting the pins featuring the gym symbols. They will also be able to collect Pokemon and cards of the gym leader’s signature Pokemon.

At the moment based on the booster art, this set will feature Alcremie VMAX, Gardevoir VMAX and Drednaw VMAX. It looks like this set will be a mix of Japan’s Legendary Heartbeat and a mix of cards that were from Japan’s Infinity Zone that were not included in the English release of Darkness Ablaze.

Featured Products for Champion’s Path

This set will not be available to collect via single packs. You will need to purchase special pin collections and products that will feature packs from Champion’s Path. As of right now there will be pin collections featuring the Milo’s Turffield Gym, Nessa’s Hulbury Gym, and Kabu’s Motostoke Gym. These three pin collections will be available for purchase on September 25th. On October 2nd, we are going to see Bea & Allistar from Stow-on-Side Gym and Gordie and Melony from Circhester Gym feature in two separate pin collections. Lastly, the pin collections featuring Opal’s Ballonlea Gym, Piers’ Spikemuth Gym, and Raihan’s Hammerlocke Gym will be release on November 13th.

Some of the Pokemon featured in these pin collections look to be reprints from other sets with alternate art.

ETB

There will be an Elite Trainer Box release on September 25th that will feature Charizard VMAX. This ETB will come with a full art Charizard V and ten booster packs of Champion’s Path.

You can also look forward to two Champion’s Path Collection boxes. One Collection Box will feature Dubwool V. The other collection will feature Hatterene V.

Marnie

Lastly, as we know there will be a Champion’s Path Marnie Special Collection. This will feature two Pokémon V promo cards, eight Champion’s Path booster packs, two collector’s pins, and a Pokémon TCG playmat.

Champion’s Path will be release on September 25th in the US.
