Alola Has More Islands!

Too much water! It has been confirmed that the new Alola Region of the upcoming Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon games consists of multiple islands.
A game description on Amazon reads:

“Embark on a new adventure as a Pokemon Trainer and catch, battle, and trade all-new Pokemon on the tropical islands of a new Region and become a Pokemon Champion!”

Fans were left in doubt of the vastness of the Alola Region before now because official map images have only shown one island. The next release date of official information about the highly anticipated main series games is said to be June 2nd though. Perhaps we will get more details about the other islands?

Are we basing this on the fact that the description says tropical islands, because that's not really much to go on and could easily be a mistake. xD Even that pic only has a couple tiny islands which look like nothing more than some sand banks :O

Yeah I agree. xD I mean, it's just one person who wrote up the bio for Amazon. Doesn't mean it's "confirmation"...lol. Unless it's stated somewhere actually official as well.

Yeah, I don't see this as a confirmation of multiple islands. I don't know if Amazon people write the description or if someone from Pokemon sends it to them, but either way, islands probably just means those little ones seen in the main image. And, like Sarah said, it could very well be a mistake!

I can't imagine that the little island we saw is all we're gonna get, so I do think there are more islands/we're going back to Kalos, but I don't think this confirms anything. Heck, that one island doesn't even look like it could hold eight gyms, much less all the cities the gyms would be in and all the cities in between.

i agree this doesnt feel like a confirmation necessarily, but multiple islands would be cool and would make sense, since hawaii has multiple islands

personally though im hoping for a two-region game (like gold/silver), with alola and then kalos, so a smaller region would be hypothetically alright if that were the case anyway
