I'm similar, but I prefer to rage quit and I don't play many games. The big offender for me is Team Fortress 2 and Spies. I'm an Engineer main, and if you know anything about the game you know that Spies are the only people that can come in solo and cripple an engineer or a nest of Engineers. Needless to say, I have a habit of rage quitting a server if a Spy is harassing me. Especially if I can't get anything built or if they're specifically targeting me over the rest of the Engie nest.
