Long story short my tutoring for a class went WAY over and I missed my interview. The guy was pretty understanding and let me reschedule but now I'm worried I won't get a spot because I totally seem like a scatterbrain now. I'll know later tonight sometime after 7 or 8.

Nah, just explain what happened and be honest. These kinds of things happen. If the guy let you reschedule, that's a good sign that he understands. You went to see a tutor. It's not like you were off screwing around or goofing off, so I don't think it's as bad as you might think it is.

In any case, getting tutoring makes you appear as though you're really serious about improving your skills and they should see that as a good thing and be pretty understanding. My interview for University was actually a lot more laid back than I thought it would be. I went in super over-prepared and I didn't even need to worry. xD You'll be fine too! c:

I did explain and he seemed pretty chill about it. He's a senior so I think he understands. He even laughed when I told him I had to go to my next class with only a chicken sandwich and a pencil. He was pretty laid back too but I'm always nervous about interviews because to date I've not had a successful one. I'll find out tonight whether or not I was successful in this one.

Ah, well don't stress too much about it as they said. He seems really understanding about the situation. Heck, getting an interview at all is a really good sign. It took me 3+ years before I got even one interview. Which, thanks to my dad pressing one of the managers (luckily the right one too) she helped me get right in for an interview.

Even now they're more understanding about things in the business than I thought. You know, the whole time I was in the hospital. I was worried about my job as well. Worried about after getting out of the hospital and the long recovery period too and how that would affect it long term. Every business is run differently, but they are really understanding when it comes to getting you in somewhere.

Same would go for a college. You show your initiative and how much you care about going the distance and advancing. Even if you were late for the interview. He was understanding to it. Explaining it to him is about the best you can do. If he understood then you're set. Just do the interview as you would normally and be yourself. I'm sure you'll be fine and you'll make it Noble! =D
