It's better if you keep it vague. Something like "online community administrator and director" sounds quite good. If you need further details, you could mention things like "event planning and management, task director and staff manager, and site developer and content creator." Heck, I've heard of someone using their experiences as a World of Warcraft raid leader as leadership experience. No joke, I'm sure it takes a lot of planning, discussion, and coordination to do that! Not to mention you need people skills for something like that. Who says you can't apply those same skills on the job?

And yeah, I've been feeling lag spikes also. Hopefully it's nothing major.

Haha that is great advice. I'd just be worried they'd ask about it, especially as it's something way outside my other experience. xD But yeah. I figure all those hours should count for something!

I emailed Ray about the lag, just to let him know. :)

Come to think of it, I don't even think it would be a big deal if you mentioned it's for a Pokemon community. You could even bring up that you helped plan, create, direct, and manage events and online content in response to the recent release of Pokemon Go, which I'm sure just about everyone knows about (and I'd be surprised if they didn't know at least someone that played it, unless they played it themselves!). I honestly feel it wouldn't be any different if this was all done for a site that focused on sports, movies, travel, art, or some other entertainment venture. There's very little difference in the overall picture. And if they don't like that and have serious problems with it, I doubt it's a place you'd want to work at anyway if they're that intolerant about what other people are interested in. I mean heck, it's not like PXR is a porn site or does something that could be seen as seriously objectionable that would be raising red flags all over the place.

Well, I had a phone interview go pretty well this morning. Man, I really hope it turns into an offer. It just sucks to keep telling myself "oh, I shouldn't buy that fun/cool thing I want because I'm not getting money" over and over again. :\

Getting a new job for 2017 would rock. I have three possible jobs in the works right now, I just need ONE of them to come though.

I finished my SS gift last night so I'll try to finish another weekly prompt then work on the next chapter of guild wars probably. There's also a picture I want to draw at some point too.
