Took me awhile to learn too, but once I did. The exp share serves it's purpose pretty well for leveling after all the EV training.

I'm hoping the job I interviewed for before Christmas break comes through. I talked to the recruiter today and I'm still in the running, thankfully. Just need to hope for the best right now.
