Haha I was thinking about whether I could use PE2K/PXR somehow on my resume too. I mean I think I have learned TONS of valuable skills in managing people and stuff. xD But I didn't know how to put it on there without sounding like a massive nerd. I'm pretty sure someone said once that @HKim uses it on his CV? Maybe he has some advice for us. xD

It's better if you keep it vague. Something like "online community administrator and director" sounds quite good. If you need further details, you could mention things like "event planning and management, task director and staff manager, and site developer and content creator." Heck, I've heard of someone using their experiences as a World of Warcraft raid leader as leadership experience. No joke, I'm sure it takes a lot of planning, discussion, and coordination to do that! Not to mention you need people skills for something like that. Who says you can't apply those same skills on the job?

And yeah, I've been feeling lag spikes also. Hopefully it's nothing major.
