I recently talked to them and from what Zorua told me, he felt they the issue was taken care of and the Dittos were pretty much gone. These days, he seems to enjoy playing pranks on Zubats and Tentacools by harassing them and making it look like the other is to blame. He claims "it's for the good of all" or something like that.

But I'm sure if they were to resurface, they'd show up again.
